The Team

Flow Design is a multidisciplinary practice focused on the design of memorable experiences through the use of materials, colors, and form.

Darguin Fortuna, AIA, NCARB

Darguin Fortuna is a founding principal of Flow Design Architects; a culturally diverse architectural ecosystem where everyone has a voice and a shot at making a better world through the use of materials, form, and space. Mr. Fortuna is a registered architect in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Florida. His role varies from the design and conceptualization of project ideas to managing and leading the team along the design process.  He is a very energetic individual who brings and builds momentum and enthusiasm into every project as well as the office environment. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture Accredited degree from the Boston Architectural College where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.  He is an instructor and visiting critic at the Boston Architectural College. Recently, Darguin has been focused on increasing the diversity pipeline of architects and designers in AEC by inspiring, training and guiding the next generation of architects; To learn more click here. Furthermore, Darguin is an active member of the American Institute of Architects, a board member of AIA Small Firm Exchange, and an active Licensing Advisor for the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). He won the 2019 Emerging Designer Award, the Dean Arcangelo Cascieri Scholarship and the AIA Henry Adams Medal & Certificate of Merit at the BAC.

Marcos Severino

Marcos co-founded Flow Design Architects after completing his Associate Degree in Architectural Technology from Massasoit Community College where he was the President of the Architectural Club and the recipient of the Academic Excellence Award. Marcos holds a Bachelor of Architecture accredited degree from the Boston Architectural College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.  He is currently working as a project manager of the design team.  Prior to Flow, Marcos worked at Maugel Architect and YouthBuild Boston's Designery, a hands-on urban architecture program for high school students.

Ivonne Perez

Ivonne is an architectural designer/aspiring architect at Flow Design Architects. She is currently in her Junior year of a Bachelor of Architecture at The Boston Architectural College. As part of the Flow team, Ivonne brings a unique design eye and passion to her work. Her strong interest and enthusiasm in design inspires her to learn more about the architecture field.

Julio Gutierrez

Julio Gutierrez is Director of Design here at Flow.  He has tremendous experience working on various types of projects such as residential, commercial, interiors, urban projects and even restoration of heritage buildings. He oversees all design projects of our Salem, MA studio. He is a licensed architect in Mexico and is currently pursuing registration in the  US.  What causes Julio to stand out is his international experience.  In 2014, he co-founded Arrabal Arquitects in Aguascalientes, México and still currently travels often to manage projects with the team there.  He has over 10 years of experience and brings with him an incredible design repertoire.

Jose Pleitez

Jose Pleitez is an architectural designer at Flow Design Architects. He is currently in his sophomore year for a Bachelor of Architecture at the Boston Architectural College.  He is also a passionate photographer in charge of the photography department at Flow. He is in interested in design, art and visualizations.

Laura Medina

Laura is an architectural designer at Flow Design. She was born in Venezuela and is currently in her third year of Bachelor of Architecture at the Boston Architectural College. For her,  opening your mind and thinking outside the box is crucial when designing. This helps her feel more connected to the environment and her creative Flow.  As part of the Flow team, Laura is excited to learn more about the field of architecture and contribute her ideas, planning, design, and organization skills on tasks and projects to be developed at the firm. She also adapts well to change and enjoys graphic design, photography, and reading.

Rai Ramirez

Rai Ramírez was born & raised in the Dominican Republic. She is pursuing a Bachelors of Architecture at the BAC & have completed 4 years. She developed an interest for architecture & Design at a young age by paying attention to details & drawing sketches. After her first college semester She became passionate with Arch & the process of seeing an idea turned into a fully functional space. While in Arch school Rai has worked in customer service for 5+ years & truly enjoys helping others. She also worked on a few internships to gain experience on the field one of them at Dream collaboratives.

Devlyn Kelly

Devlyn is currently an intern at Flow Design Architects. She is a Bachelors of Architecture student at The Boston Architectural College. Excited to be part of the Flow team, Devlyn brings an eager energy to learn more about the architecture field. She is very detail oriented and brings an open mind into every project. Out of the office, she enjoys creative hobbies such as drawing and painting.

Albelly Manon

Albelly Manon is an architectural designer at Flow Design. She is  a bachelors of  architecture student at the Boston Architectural College.  Albelly brings energy, a critical eye and spark to each one of Flows projects.  She also organizes and directs marketing strategies and social media initiatives. She enjoys exercising, time out in the field and putting together presentations.

Aygul Abizgildina

Aygul is an architectural designer and filmmaker at Flow Design. She is attentive to the signals and details of her surroundings and tries to explore, capture, and amplify them in her work. Her passion for architecture inspired her to learn about representation of graphic design and digital programs such as Photoshop, illustrator, in-design and premier pro. She holds a Masters of Film Studies from Oxford Brookes University in the UK, a bachelor of architecture from the University for the Creative Arts in Canterbury, UK and is pursuing a masters of architecture at the Boston Architectural College.

Yumika Onuma

Yumika is currently an interior designer at Flow Design Architects. She is Bachelor of Interior Design student at Endicott College in Beverly, MA. As part of the Flow team, Yumika brings a hibryd of Japanese & modern design into Flow already highly rich design repertoire. Yumika studied environmental design and interior architecture  at Tama Art University  in Japan. In her spare time she loves to draw landscapes and portraits.

Harmohit Panesar

Harmohit Panesar is an architectural designer at Flow Design. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology from Humber College Institute of Advanced Technology, Toronto, Canada. He is currently in his senior year for a Bachelor of Architecture at the Boston Architectural College. Prior to joining the team he worked as a CAD/BIM assistant at MIT’s Department of Facilities.

Andris Saldivar

Andris Saldivar is an architectural designer at Flow Design. She is  a bachelors of  architecture student at the Boston Architectural College. She holds an Associates degree in Engineering from the North Shore Community College. Andris brings passion, and a rather rich developing repertoire of creative ideas. Her fresh eye to each project and her ability to express her concepts freely are extremely valued.

Becky Chen
Becky Chen

Becky is currently an interior designer at Flow Design Architects. She is Bachelor of Interior Architecture student at The Boston Architectural College. As part of the Flow team, Becky brings a unique interior architecture repertoire of ideas and concepts influenced by her background and experiences in China. Out of the office, she is an amateur photographer. She enjoys cooking, snowboarding, archery, and ballet.

Peter Souhleris

Peter is an internationally recognized real estate investing expert, which was evident at the highest level after Peter starred in A&E’s hit TV show “Flipping Boston” for 4 seasons. National news outlets, such as CNBC, CNN, and CBS, consistently reach out to him for his accurate, insightful, and expert opinions and perspective. He also created the QuickFlip System, a national real estate investing education program that has taught thousands of students how to successfully invest in real estate. At Flow Peter has come from a client to a partner in the making of effective designs and rich architectural insight for each project we collaborate in.

Rheanna Brauer

Rheanna is in her senior year at Endicott College studying for her bachelors of Interior Architecture. She is the first in her family to go to college. Before Flow she was a designer at
Floor & Decor in Nashua for the summer where she learned about hard surface materials, their maintenance and installation while helping clients put together their kitchens and bathrooms. Rheanna likes to find the balance of traditional and modern elements in a project as well as exploring new and creative design ideas. She strives to make each space inviting and having a purposeful design. In her spare time she enjoys reading, photography, going on hikes and
spending time with her family.

Carolina Bitelli

Carolina is an architectural designer at Flow Design. She has a bachelor’s in Architecture and Urban Planning from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado, a renowned architectural College in São Paulo, Brazil. She believes all scales are important and should be considered in a design project. Nevertheless she really enjoins the small details of a project. She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Architecture at The Boston Architectural College. Carolina loves to travel and learn from different cultures and customs; she also loves cooking and does a lot of both in her spare time.

Lingchuan Meng

Lingchuan Meng is an architectural designer at Flow Design. He holds a bachelors of landscape architecture from the Hefei University of Technology Architectural Design Institute in Hefei, China. He is currently in his senior year for a Masters of Architecture at the Boston Architectural College. Chuan brings passion, attention to detail and different design lenses into each project adding to Flow diverse creative team and synergy.

Renata Jimenez

Renata is currently an Interior Designer at Flow Design. She is a senior at Suffolk University studying for a bachelors of Interior Architecture. Before Flow she was an intern at Kristina Crestin Design where she helped pick out many items for the television show Farmhouse Fixer. Renata loves modern and mid century design. She loves the process of design and working with a client to make something functional and aesthetically pleasing. In her spare time she loves reading and feeding stray cats in Boston.

Rafaella Constantini

Rafaella is an architectural designer at Flow. She holds a bachelors of architecture and has extensive experience in concrete and metal structures. She bring several years of experience in the metal/iron works field which she translates into design. She is originally from Brazil.
